  12. I was considering purchase of this printer for OS/2
  13. and so yesterday I called NEC at 1-800-NEC-INFO.

  15. I talked to tech support.  They said they have not been
  16. told that OS/2 will be supported.  It is not supported now.
  17. Real bummer.  I told him they should support OS/2.
  18.  
  19. Anyway, now I don't know what printer to buy.  I want postscript
  20. and high quality printing and lots of fonts and HP emulation and
  21. auto-detection and 
  22.   I want it for $1400 dollars (going price for a model 95).  
  23. What postcript laser printers does everybody else use with OS/2?
  24. Do the model 90 drivers work with
  25. it?  Maybe I should still get this printer and hope NEC sees the
  26. light and writes OS/2 drivers.

  28. Let me know your suggestions, and also if you have a postscript
  29. laser that works with OS/2 mail me the model.

  31. Oh, also a local printer store is trying to sell me an Everex
  32. Laserscript LX.  Anybody know if this will work with OS/2? Or
  33. any other comments?  The salesman was not very knowledgeable (surprise!).
