- You must use a true text-only MDA card (not Hercules). Reason?
- Hercules memory mapping can conflict with VGA/SuperVGA adapters, and
- OS/2 is not going to let that happen.

- I've seen MDA cards for around $6 here in the U.S. -- they are still
- easy to get.
