- I've gotten the latest OS/2 port of Ckermit (5A (183)) and I've
- noticed that using a v.32 connection (3 windows 512k packets) I
- can't get any better than 850-900cps. I have a 16550 uart
- on my com port so I don't think the bottleneck is the com port.
- I am told that Ckermit on Dos is much faster. Why? Am I
- getting decent throughput or do I need to tweak something?
-
- I would much rather be using zmodem, but the machine I talk
- to only supports kermit/ckermit.
-
- Cheers,
-
