  16. Anyone with *any* technical questions regarding the TI TM4000, whether
  17. related to OS/2 or other software, and whether before or after
  18. purchase, is invited to call (817) 771-5856 and ask.  Your name and
  19. number will be taken, and the appropriate technical support person
  20. will call you back.

  30.     Sorry for the trouble you are having loading OS/2 2.0 on your TM4000.
  31. Unfortunately there is nothing I can tell you to do that will fix your
  32. problem through email.  Even though we went through extensive compatibility
  33. testing before releasing the TM4000, we seem to have missed this install
  34. problem.  Since then we have made a corrected BIOS chip available.
  35.  
  36.     If you will contact (817) 771-5856 and tell them you are having trouble
  37. loading OS/2 on your TM4000, the correct technician will return your call.
  38. They will work out a method of getting the newest BIOS into your machine.
