  26. While a package like this would allow a quick port, it would give you a
  27. good OS/2 product.  Having preemptive multi-tasking thread allows a
  28. developer to do some really neat background processing.  Just porting the
  29. code will let you get a product out, but your product will get clobbered by
  30. a competitors product that takes advantage of the threaded architechure. 
  31. Note, this will also true for NT.
