- I tried to test the clipboard facilities between OS/2 and WIN-OS/2 and
- that feature does not work very well.
-
- I made some pictures with paintbrush under WIN-OS/2.
-
- Copying the picture to the clipboard, switching to OS/2: fine the
- picture was there. Both clipboard were public.
-
- I wrote some text with notepad.exe under WIN-OS/2. Everything as fine as
- with the pictures ...
-
- Now I wrote some texts with winworks and tried to copy the text. Copying
- the stuff produces some error messages (something like "not enough
- memory" and "format not copied"). The texts appears in the WIN-OS/2
- clipboard, but not in the OS/2 clipboard.
-
- Now I tried to copy some stuff from OS/2 clipboard to WIN-OS/2
- clipboard, but I never manage to transfer even one character ... tries
- before the winworks test also failed!
-
- Does someone know, how to manage it ...?
-
- By the way: switching from WIN-OS/2 to OS/2 takes nearly 10 seconds on
- my computer. (486/33, 16MB, 8514/a) ...
