- The Deskjets all have 16 kbyte buffers and do not support the full PCL-3
- instruction set. Sometimes Laserjet drivers will work; however, none of
- them support the cartridges (for fonts or memory) and so, if you try to
- use any non-printer fonts, everything is printed as a bitmap image.
- Printing a bitmap on a Deskjet requires the graphic information to be
- sent in a ordered fashion from the top of the page down. Laserjets
- build the entire page in memory before printing. The point is that
- Hewlett-Packard should support their hardware and write drivers for
