  27. The Deskjets all have 16 kbyte buffers and do not support the full PCL-3
  28. instruction set.  Sometimes Laserjet drivers will work; however, none of
  29. them support the cartridges (for fonts or memory) and so, if you try to
  30. use any non-printer fonts, everything is printed as a bitmap image. 
  31. Printing a bitmap on a Deskjet requires the graphic information to be
  32. sent in a ordered fashion from the top of the page down.  Laserjets
  33. build the entire page in memory before printing. The point is that
  34. Hewlett-Packard should support their hardware and write drivers for
  35. these printers (that is, if they are at all interested in their 
  36. customers' future purchases).
