  28. I am using the new kernel (6-17-92) and it works as advertised.  It 
  29. sounds like you have the minimum swapfile size set to four megabytes in 
  30. your config.sys file and the system has never felt it needed to be any 
  31. bigger (hence, it would never need to shrink).
