  26. Yes, I got an offer from Borland just the other day for this "beta"
  27. program.  They announced that they had reduced the price substantially
  28. from the previous beta.  They hadn't reduced it much, since now you
  29. don't get a copy of the release compiler, just a discount coupon.

  32. I would love it if Borland would pay to Beta test some of my
  33. software.  The unmitigated gall.  I'll just bet Borland pays
  34. Microsoft for the opportunity of beta testing Windows NT!
