- nor CGA makes much sense, you seem to think that because they
- maintain support for CGA, then they should also have supported
- Hercules?

- At least, they pulled support for one obsolete mode.

- (As for EGA, there are still quite a few apps around that
- run in EGA mode. I don't know whether that means that drivers
- are needed. But I dson't think you will find anything around
- that runs in Hercules and not in some other mode too....)
