- About this Hercules business:

- 1. I doubt that to expect Hercules to write a driver makes
- much sense. They (Hercules) probably have stopped manufacturing those
- "Hercules Graphics" cards years ago. The cards that are still around
- are probably all cheap clones made in Taiwan. And drivers won't come
- from those manufacturers either.

- 2. Isn't it time for those folk who still use a Hercules
- to do themselves a favor and get a decent monitor? A GUI with
- a low-res monochrome monitor just doesn't make sense.

- 3. Sure, IBM doesn't have to write drivers for all the
- hardware around. But if their marketing approach were sensible,
- they would, wouldn't they?
