- You'll probably have tenure by the time NT shows up. I'm surprised you
- got amipro to run under Windows 3.1, since it seems less compatible with
- windows than OS/2...I had to give up using a tool on 3.1 because it was
- inoperable, and there was no fix available.

- I'm not surprised at your difficulties with IBM marketing; that portion of
- their organization seems least responsive to demand. I assume the
- situation in the UK may be even worse, since you were apparently forced to
- communicate with them by mail instead of via the toll-free phone support
- which we enjoy. Most of my problems with OS/2 have been resolved on the
- phone within a day or so.
