  12. You'll probably have tenure by the time NT shows up.  I'm surprised you
  13. got amipro to run under Windows 3.1, since it seems less compatible with
  14. windows than OS/2...I had to give up using a tool on 3.1 because it was
  15. inoperable, and there was no fix available.

  17. I'm not surprised at your difficulties with IBM marketing; that portion of
  18. their organization seems least responsive to demand.  I assume the
  19. situation in the UK may be even worse, since you were apparently forced to
  20. communicate with them by mail instead of via the toll-free phone support
  21. which we enjoy.  Most of my problems with OS/2 have been resolved on the
  22. phone within a day or so.
