  13. Is there a way to speed up the mouse pointer in Windows 3.1?

  15. In DOS I use the /A9 flag with my MSCMOUSE driver to set the
  16. mouse speed to maximum. Windows seems to use its own or a
  17. different mouse driver, because the mousepointer moves slower
  18. than in DOS. When running DOS programs (eg. Quattro PRO 3.0) 
  19. from Windows I get my accelerated mouse pointer back...
