- Hello Windows Experts,
-
- this has been discussed before, but I can't find the messages any more:
-
- How can I get windows to display a custom logo on startup? There seems to
- be a file "VGALOGO.RLE" in the SYSTEM subdirectory which contains the logo,
- but how can I change that? I was told that RLE is a compressed bitmap format,
- so how can I create it? I have quite a few graphics programs for Windows,
- but none knows about the RLE format.
-
- Any help appreciated,
-
- Richard
