- Hi Carl,
- you have to tell your Stealth card to use noninterlaced mode before you
- start windows. There is a utility on the installation disc that allows you
- to do this. You have to select a monitor (if your monitor is not on the
- list, you can define custom settings which are supported by your monitor.
- Be careful to read the technical specs in your monitor manual, since the
- horizontal frequency required for 1024x768 NI is pretty high (around
- 57 kHz), and that can ruin a monitor that's not built for it.

- BTW: The utility is SMODE.COM, and after the monitor selecction, there
- has to be a line "SMODE MONITOR" added to your AUTOEXEC.BAT which will
- set the Stealth to the desired settings.
