- I suppose this is obvious to most of those concerned, but the
- FORTRAN to C converter "f2c" is freely available in source form,
- and works quite well. I don't know whether it compiles under NT
- without modification, but since it's been ported to a number of
- Unixes, I expect it'd port reasonably quickly to NT.
