  13. I suppose this is obvious to most of those concerned, but the
  14. FORTRAN to C converter "f2c" is freely available in source form,
  15. and works quite well.  I don't know whether it compiles under NT
  16. without modification, but since it's been ported to a number of
  17. Unixes, I expect it'd port reasonably quickly to NT.
