  12. I'm trying to install NT on my Toshiba 4400SXC laptop via a Trantor
  13. scsi-to-parallel adaptor and an NEC CDR-74 CDROM drive. The drive
  14. works perfectly from DOS5.0, and the manual install process for NT
  15. also worked fine.  Once NT loads, I cannot figure out how the heck
  16. to get the CDROM drive recognizable again.  I think I've looked at
  17. every single .ini file I can find; nothing looks reasonable. Naturally,
  18. I can't RTFM, since they're on the darn CD-ROM!

  20. Anybody have a clue?

  22. BTW, I'm nearly Windows-illiterate (I live primarily in the Unix/X world),
  23. so if you assume I know nothing about what I'm doing I will not be
  24. offended (since truth is not offensive) :-)
