  13. Recently I upgraded my win SDK to version 3.1. I discovered that there  were 2 missing
  14. manuals as compared to what was stated in the Getting started manual.
  15. - MS win User Interface Guideline
  16. - MS Win Guide to Programming
  17. I called the distributor but they claimed that as my was a upgrade package, 
  18. Therefor I was not entitled to the 2 manuals.
  19. Just want to check with you people out there whether I've being short changed.
