- I believe Nick is referring to the Win32 API set for MS-Windows NT and the
- Win32s (s=subset) API's for MS-Windows 3.x as opposed to what Microsoft now
- terms Win16 API (the API used in current MS-Windows programs).

- Check with Borland about an Early Experienced program designed around 32-bit
- MS-Windows NT support, et. al. I know there is a message in the Windows programmer
- section on Compuserve for Borland which talks about an EEP for Borland C++
- (which means Win32 API support!!)
