- I have bought these drivers, particularly to speed up text scrolling in
- 256-colour mode, which is unbearable slow. Unfortunately WinSpeed doesn't
- give any speed increase in this respect, although other things become
- faster indeed (e.g. drawing, area filling, etc.). This is also shown when
- you run the PC-Mag Windows benchmarks.
- My solution (which satisfies me up till now) is using an S3 accelerator.
