  35. $I have a 486/33. Now I was under the impression that adding another 4 meg
  36. $would have a much greater impact on (admitedly an already fast windows) than
  37. $adding a new card.

  42. Adding 4 MB memory will stop the hard drive paging (most of it) and provide a 
  43. noticeable increase in speed, especially if you commonly have 2 or more Windows
  44. apps open at once.

  46. The video cards will give you better Windows video performance (much better).
  47. The screen will update in a flash, instead of after common pause that we are
  48. all used to.

  50. If you can afford both, you will be pleasantly surprised. Your system will be
  51. incredibly faster.
