- I just downloaded sndsrc.zip which is supposed to be what you are
- looking for (I haven't checked it out yet).

- I got it off monu6.cc.monash.edu.au in /pub/win3/sounds
- I thinks I've seen it in wuarchive in /mirrors/win3/sounds as well.
