  39. Yes.  Had this once, on a low res fax received from interstate.  Don't
  40. know whether it was because of the low res fax or the interstate bit.
  41. I don't have personal access to a low res fax machine, especially not
  42. an interstate one.

  47. I have exactly the same fax modem.  I recently downloaded a patch from
  48. monu6.cc.monu.edu.au which replaces MOD.EXE in the windows directory,
  49. to fix "some problems with high speed modems".
