- One workaround, at least on the MicroChannel machines I've seen, is to use a
- password at bootup. This can be accomplished with your reference diskette.
- Boot up with the reference diskette and check the menus for the password
- choice. Every time you boot up, you will have to supply a password before
- your machine even starts to load DOS.

- Another possible solution is the screensaver Intermission, which will not allow
- you to reenter Windows after bootup without supplying the correct password.
