  13. The slow scrolling is a problem which exists in most Windows programs
  14. which scroll text. The reason it is so slow is because the whole text
  15. area is being painted from the top down every time the text scrolls. There
  16. isn't really too much that can be done. An accelerated video card with a
  17. BitBlt function built in would probably speed it up immensely. Hope
  18. this helps a little.
