- I am a newbie installing linux. I got the pl1 version if .97 rootimage on hard
- disk, and can tar off software from floppy. But the installed mtools doesn't
- work
- and prints:
-
- Cannot Initialize "B:"
-
- my /etc/mtools look like
-
- A /dev/fd0 12 80 2 2400
- B /dev/fd1 12 80 2 2880
-
- Does any one know what's wrong? I tried the /dev/fd0h1200 and /dev/fd1H1440
- too and they got me the same result, can some one email me a working copy of
- /etc/mtools?
-
- (by the way I got the .n version of mtools)
-
- Thanks for any help, I am a little behind on this group so please send email
- too if possible.
