  10. i've compiled xgobi with trivial modifications in the Makefile.
  11. when i've tried to execute it under X, i can hear it loading stuff
  12. from the hard disk, but it doesn't open up a window for xgobi or
  13. anything. it just does some disk stuff for five seconds and then sits
  14. and waits.

  16. the system doesn't crash or anything, i can exit xgobi by just
  17. typing <CTRL>-C.

  19. is this a window manager problem or something?

  21. has anybody compiled xgobi and got it to work?
