  15.     Yes you can join most ACM SIGs without being an ACM member.  It just costs
  16. more (since ACM likes to encourage folks to join).  But if you're
  17. only interested in one SIG, joining that SIG is cheaper than joining the
  18. SIG plus ACM.

  20.     Example: ACM SIGCOMM charges $50 to join for non-ACM members, and $22
  21. for ACM members (but that's on top of $75 ACM rates).
