  21. bucket, but the Symposium price is a number that DECUS has control over.

  23. DECUS doesn't control airfares, hotel prices or the cost of food... 
  24. those can't be fixed.  But dropping the prices of items that DECUS does
  25. control seems like a good idea.

  31. Agreed.  I'd like to see these options stressed in the Symposium
  32. documentation.  The more information we provide to attendees about
  33. how to do DECUS cheaply, the better.
