  16. I wanted to get the CD-ROM version, but Firmware Design (the Australian
  17. agents) gave my purchasing officer colleague some nonsense about having to
  18. get the CD through an "Apple distributor", rather than from them. So I said
  19. to hell with it and asked him to order the floppy-only version.
