- They won't see any future business from me, either. I finally tracked
- down the problem I had with a Seagate drive I bought from them -- they
- gave me the wrong disk geometry! The ONLY documentation I got about the
- drive was a stupid little computer printout showing the drive geometry,
- and they couldn't even get that right. Also, they charged me extra for
- a 5.25" mounting kit, only to find out that one was included with the
- drive. Now I have an extra 5.25" drive frame sitting around that cost
- me ten bucks. (Well, I did use the leftover screws for something else...)

- To summarize my complaints about USA Flex: the sales representative
- didn't know enough about what she was trying to sell me, and their
- documentation sucks!
