- Yes, but is is possible for a software environment to be hostile to
- *both* novices and experts. With respect to most things I do, this
- is the case for UNIX - remember, stupid design is its a penalty
- to everyone. Being arcane does *not* help experts any more than it
- helps novices. Experts can learn to deal with it, but would still
- be better off without it.
