  12. WinBiff is a Windows 3.x app which monitors the status of a mailbox
  13. file.  It can be used with UUPC/extended and similar mail delivery
  14. programs.  Multiple instances can monitor multiple mailboxes.
  15. It also works under OS/2 2.0 if you have WinOS2 installed.  I use
  16. it under OS/2 with UUPC and Elm.
