  10. We have recently started see a strange problem on one of our 
  11. machines.

  13. Sometimes incoming mail is delivered locally instead of being
  14. forwarded to the address in /etc/aliases. Incoming mail to
  15. joeuser@aoc.nrao.edu is deliverd locally even though the
  16. aliases file specifies otherwise. This does not happen for
  17. all users and not all the time. The machine is an Auspex
  18. 5000 files server running Auspex 1.3.3Q2 which I think
  19. is SunOS 4.0.3. It is a secondary NIS server. None
  20. of the affect accounts are in the local password file.
