  16. You're probably using either the Apple Modem Tool version 1.0 or the
  17. Powerbook Modem Tool.  Eudora does indeed close the connection, but
  18. these tools seem not to notice.  The Apple Modem Tool version 1.1 and
  19. the Hayes Modem Tool are both fine for use with Eudora 1.3b46.
