- My users think mail is an instanteous 120% reliable mechanism .... they think
- as soon as they send out a message, its delivered. When a machine is down,
- and mail doesn't get delivered in a day (thats what our bounce back is set as),
- they think mail is flaky since it takes so long to get it back.

- One alternative is to set the bounce-back to 1hr (which I'm leery to do)

- Another is to use the Return-Receipt-To: header for critical message ..but
- sendmail bounces back with "Returned Mail" .. is there a way to have a
- subject of "Receipt"?
