  14. Is there any way to get removed from a mailing list if the list administrators
  15. ignore your request.  I have requested to be removed from a mailing list 3
  16. times over the past several weeks, and am still on it.  (I have always sent
  17. my mail to the -request address rather than the list.)  I am now extremely
  18. annoyed.  Is there anything I can do?
