  13. Thanks to everyone who has replied: it's clear that my major problem is
  14. a buggy rexx on UNIX.  The other point people mentioned ('/' versus '\')
  15. was a typo I introduced by dyslexing while typing the example.

  17. Now, what about DOS rexx implementations?  personal REXX from Mansfield
  18. Software in CT is the only one I've seen mentioned so far....
