  12. I have just been told by a representative of Cambridge University
  13. Press that the _entire_ printing of `ML for the Working Programmer'
  14. has been "frozen" indefinitely (i.e. they're not shipping and they
  15. don't know why or when they'll ship again). Does anyone know why or for 
  16. how long they'll be unavailable? I was planning on using it for one of
  17. my texts this term; can anyone suggest a bookstore that might have
  18. a few copies and be willing to ship? Thanks.
