- Hi,
-
- I'm looking for a PC based 3-D modelling package for use in modelling
- human organs (liver, kidneys, etc.). I need something which I can use
- to produce wire frame polygon surface mesh models. Important selection
- criteria include :
-
- (1) Must allow construction of models with irregular shapes.
-
- (2) Should provide documentation on format of stored files and/or
- be able to export to some known format.
-
- (3) Models produced should consist of actual POLYGONS and not
- simply vertex drawing lists.
-
- (4) Should support digitizer tablet input.
-
-
-
- I am also looking for a paint package that will allow me to scan in
- photographs and perform hand retouching of the photos. I would really
- appreciate any recommendations on possible packages for these purposes.
