- I think it depends on how much education they have, how they do their
- job (methodically or slap together), how the job turns out (you should
- have seen the result of several new water pipes I installed - instant
- fire extinguisher), and many other criteria.

- Many companies hire B.A.'s with a smidgen of computer courses and
- expect them to write programs. Some have a natural talent (but lack
- experience and knowledge), others don't have the vaguest idea what a
- well organized program is.
