  14. With regards to the TR-3-RESETFAIL error message, we have identified
  15. and fixed this bug approximately three months ago. I am very sorry
  16. that you have not been notified acordingly. In the future, please
  17. use our escalation procedure should one of our engineers fails to
  18. respond to your reported trouble ticket in a timely manner. I have
  19. left you my direct number on your voice mail. Please call me as soon
  20. as possible so that we can resolve this issue immediately.

  55. since you guys out there so rapidly answers my questions,
  56. we have an acute problem with an AGS+ and t/r 16 Mbit board.
  57. (AGS+ 8.3(3), CSC-R16 in 4Mbit mode, 5 4E4T boards in box)

  59. After power on we get :
