  13. If you have a network connected to a cisco system with Vines routing
  14. enabled with PCs and a Banyan server on this network, but you do *not*
  15. flag the network serverless, can the PCs obtain services such as getting
  16. the time from other servers across the cisco, or are they restricted to
  17. obtaining these services from the local server (this is what we want)?
