- Hello Again,
-
- I finally got the modem to talk with other modems, but as I have been
- trying to figure out all the settings I noticed a few Items that are not
- explained ANYWHERE in the manual.
-
- The first case are items reported by the &V command:
-
- %D, %L, and &O.
-
- The second case are the bit-mapped S registers. The doc states that they
- are bit mapped registers, but never tells what the values are:
-
- S14, S21, S22, S23, S27, S28.
-
- I have checked the documentation for other modems, but I have found that
- the settings are different between different modems. Therefore this
- question is directed to those that have used/owned TheComplete PC Modem
- 14400/V32, V32bis, V42, V42bis, MNP, FAX Modems.
-
- Also, are there any undocumented features that can be accessed by other
- commands?
-
- Thanks in advance,
- Phil Davis
