  11. Is there anything special that you need to do to use a modem over a
  12. cellular phone?  I looked at the data sheet for telebit's CellBlazer
  13. and I couldn't see any difference from their pep modems.

  15. Will any modem work if you are standing still?

  17. Can you use any (error correcting) modem while mobile if you set the S
  18. register that tells how long to wait for a missing carrier to a value
  19. longer than the time it takes to switch cells?  Is the typical default
  20. value too short?
