  11. I have just bought a COMPAQ Contura notebook, and I would like to by an
  12. internal modem for it. The price requested by COMPAQ in Europe (or at least in
  13. Switzerland and Italy) for their internal modem is absolutely mad (about 500
  14. USD!). Could anyone suggest any less expensive, good quality, compatible
  15. internal modem (it seems, but I am not 100% sure that all modems working with
  16. the COMPAQ Lite series would work as well)?
