- If I had to guess, I'd say one of you has an old ROM revision. I had the same symptoms
- with a caller to my BBS when I installed my 1.200C rom Supra and he was calling with
- an older-ROM-level Zoom modem (essentially the same modems - minor cosmetic differences).
- When he upgraded his ROM, the problem went away I also experienced a similar problem with
- a caller owning an older Supra - they are in the process of upgrading their ROM level as
- well (they had an older one as well). Callers using recent-ROM-level Supra's have no
- problems. Supra included an info sheet with my modem warning of potential problems
- connecting to older ROM modems using the same chipset, as a bug was identified in the
- ROM microcode some time after initial ship.
