- I agree with Barton, having the roms available on ftp sites does
- encourage people to buy the ZyXEL modem. I'm getting the ZyXEL (instead
- of Supra) modem because of the roms being available over Internet. For
- me the ZyXEL BBS is an international toll call which is expensive, a
- call for a rom upgrade isn't worth it, but ftp is free.

- 0/1 could be a little more constructive, perhaps organize a private
- login to an ftp site and give passwords out to approved beta testers.
- His(?) current "you're not allowed to do that" stance is only going to
- drive the distribution of the roms underground.
