- These are described in Tariffs which are on file at the state office that
- regulates utilities (Dept of Public Utilities, in MA). The state regulators
- set rates, and telcos have to describe the service in their rate requests.
- The tariffs are interesting, because there are some services telco offers
- which they don't push (they want to get out of the business).
