  12.    I have a Supra 14.4 v32bis, and I currently run a BBS on an IBM Pc. 
  13. I have no trouble with file transfers at 2400, but at 9600+, people can 
  14. download okay, but they can not upload at all.  Does anyone have any idea
  15. what the problem might be?  Any help would be *much* appreciated.
